A trademark may be a combination of words, graphics, alphabets, numbers, colors, etc.<\/p>\n<p>A trademark once registered shall be valid for an initial period of 10 years and renewable upon application.<\/p>\n<p>Once registered, the owner of a registered trademark enjoys exclusive rights in Hong Kong.
